South Dakota Declares War on Women

South Dakota has declared war on women with the passing of a bill that outlaws all abortions — including in cases of rape or incest — except for those in which the procedure is deemed necessary to save a woman's life.

Sure, many people see it as a direct challenge to the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision, but it is really an attack on the personal rights of all South Dakota women. Who knows better what is right for an individual woman, the woman herself, or a group of morons calling themselves public servants?

No abortion in case of rape or incest? What were they thinking? Do they believe it's God's will for a woman to become pregnant by a rapist or her own father, uncle, or brother? Would they really let their wife or daughter carry the child of a rapist?

Or would they secretly take them to a state that allows the termination of unwanted pregnacies?
