Will Wal-Mart Cave In?

We are no fans of Wal-Mart. We deplore their business practices. We think they are evil, money-grubbing opportunists who never consider the negative impact they have to society on wages, health care, etc.

However, we applaud their decision to carry DVD copies of the Academy Award winning film Brokeback Mountain in spite of opposition from the far-right fringe religious group American Family Association.

The question remains whether the world's largets retailer will succumb to the pressure as they have in the past.

We hope not.
