Wal-Mart offers long-time employees new shirt

If you work for Wal-Mart for 20 years or more, your reward is a nice polo shirt. This is part of the mega-companies effort to reach out to employees to show that they really do care.

In addition, each employee will receive an additional 10 percent discount on one item of their choice.

Nothing says "we care" like a token discount.
