Police Use Taser on Skateboarder

A young man skateboarding on the campus of San Diego State University was subdued by two college cops with a Taser after he became belligerent. Skateboarding on campus is prohibited.

OK, skateboarders can be obnoxious, but it takes two cops and a Taser to get one under control. Puh-leez.
