Bush Flip-Flops on Bin Laden

President Bush said in Afghanistan today that he is confident that Bin Laden and other "terrists" will be captured.

"It's not a matter of if they're captured and brought to justice, it's when they're brought to justice," Bush said.

It wasn't too long ago he said he never thought about him, which is after he vowed to capture him dead or alive.
