MSM Down on Stewart's Oscar Hosting

Much of the early reviews of Jon Stewart's performance as host of the Academy Awards give him failing marks.

This should not come as a surprise to anyone familiar with the media's role in the current state of our nation. Up until recently they have all been carrying water for Bush and his destruction of the principles of our country. Some have now ventured into being more critical of the administration, but their bleatings are tepid at best.

It's like Rove put the word out that anyone praising Stewart would face his wrath.

I thought he did an admirable job, but then I enjoy his program; it's the only one telling the truth.
